Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be made online through our online booking page or by telephone. Same day and last minute appointments can be accommodated.  We accept debit or credit card payments, Cash App payments, and bank ACH direct debit through Stripe, or cash payments.  All payments made through stripe are subject to a 3.5% surcharge for processing fees. To request an appointment outside of normal business hours, please call or text us right away at (904) 419-3241 or e-mail tdcnotaryservices@gmail.com.

Preparing for Your Appointment

At the time of your appointment please have a valid form of identification (see FAQ page for a list of acceptable identification in the state of Florida), the document(s) to be notarized, and witnesses, if needed.

If your document requires a witness and you are unable to provide your own, please let us know and we will secure witnesses for you for an additional fee.

Your document(s) should be completely filled out except your signature and the Notarial Certificate.  All signers who require their signature to be notarized is required to be present with proper identification, must be aware of what they are signing, and willing to sign without coercion, no exceptions.

Emergency Services

Appointments after normal business hours can be accommodated by request. Mobile Notary Services after business hours are subject to an emergency service fee of $50.00.  To schedule an emergency service, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

To be respectful to our clients, we request any cancellations be made at least 2 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text us right away at (904) 419-3241. You will receive a partial refund if at the time of the appointment the Notary Public cannot proceed for any reason outside of their control.
